1. What You're Getting

The Prompt Person™ AI Agent Starter Kit is a free digital download containing configuration files, workflow templates, setup scripts, and documentation. You are receiving a set of files and instructions — not a software application, SaaS product, or hosted service.

2. Third-Party Requirements

This kit requires third-party services to function, including but not limited to:

• Anthropic (Claude) — You must have a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) or Anthropic API credits to use your AI agent. This is a separate cost paid directly to Anthropic, not to Prompt Person.
• Node.js — Free, open-source software required for installation.
• Claude Code CLI — Free command-line tool by Anthropic.

Prompt Person™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other AI provider. We have no control over their pricing, availability, terms of service, or product changes. If Anthropic changes their pricing, discontinues a product, or modifies their API, we cannot guarantee continued compatibility.

3. No Guarantees

This product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results, outcomes, or revenue from using the kit
• Compatibility with future versions of Claude, Claude Code, or any third-party tools
• That the kit will work on every system or configuration
• Uptime, availability, or performance of third-party AI services

The effectiveness of your AI agent depends on many factors including your API subscription, how you customize it, and how you use it. Individual results will vary.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Person™, Austin Bailey, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of this product.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for securing your own API keys and credentials
• You are responsible for any costs incurred through third-party services (Anthropic, etc.)
• You are responsible for reviewing any content your AI agent generates before sending, publishing, or acting on it
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

6. Intellectual Property

Upon downloading, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the kit for your own purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the kit files as your own product. The kit is available under the MIT License and may be shared freely.

7. Services (Book a Call / Work With Me)

Prompt Person offers optional paid services including setup calls and consulting. These are separate from the free kit and subject to availability. Service terms and pricing are listed on the respective pages.
